At Linen of India, we bring the soul of traditional craftsmanship to the global stage. Our products are thoughtfully designed in the USA and meticulously handmade and shipped from our studio in Jaipur, India. This allows us to combine modern design sensibilities with the unparalleled skill of local artisans.
1. Processing Time
As our products are handcrafted and not mass-produced, please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare and quality-check your order before it is dispatched. During peak seasons, processing for our hand-stitched quilts may take slightly longer to ensure perfection.
2. International Shipping Rates & Estimates
We provide tracked international shipping to the USA, UK, UAE, France, Australia, and beyond via premium carriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS).

Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active as your package clears initial departure in India.
4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs
For our international customers:

Linen of India is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refusal to pay these fees results in a non-refundable order, as outlined in our Return Policy.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please provide a physical street address for delivery. Most international express carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
6. Damages & Issues
Linen of India is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us at care@linenofindia.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue immediately.
