At Linen of India, we stand behind the artistry of our hand-block printed organic home linens and artisanal dresses. To ensure you shop with absolute confidence, we offer a 30-day, No-Questions-Asked Return Policy on all our products.

1. Our Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. No justification is required—we want you to be completely happy with your experience.

2. Return Eligibility

To ensure the integrity of our handcrafted products, we only ask that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • Apparel Note: For hygiene reasons, dresses must be free of perfume, makeup marks, or signs of wear.

  • Exclusions: Only custom-made or personalized orders are exempt from this policy, as they are uniquely crafted for you.

3. The Return Process

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Carrier & Customs: Late deliveries by carriers (FedEx, DHL, etc.) or refusal of delivery due to unpaid import duties/customs fees do not qualify for a refund.

4. Refunds & Inspections

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved Refunds: Credits are applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Deductions: If a parcel is returned due to non-cooperation with the delivery partner (e.g., failure to confirm identity), shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the item has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
